World News.

U.S. unemployment hit 16 years high of 7.2%. Together with part timers who can't find a job, the unemployment numbers could soon rival the Great Depression level of 25%.

Stock Market Outlook.

Slowly accumulate especially at key support level of 860 to 880 level for a possible bear market rally of 10%-15% upside potential based on hope of commodities price recovery, k.t'ganu by-election, new U.S. President inauguration and big stimulus package, Chinese New Year, UMNO election and Najib Razak taking over as a new Malaysia PM in March 2009.
